* Path 1 is designed for junior staff who are hired as interns. You will undergo a 6-month internship before stepping up into an executive role to move forward.

** Path 2 is suitable for fresh graduates who join the company. You will progress through the ranks by gaining exposure from multiple business areas in a systematic manner.

*** Path 3 offers those with work experience and the drive to be fast-tracked to management level over a 2-year rotational, on-the-job training period.
